I experienced an extremely unprofessional staff; very disappointed. They will not allow the patient to speak with the Doctor unless it is a medical emergency. From a Family Practice Doctor? Unbelievable!!! Was told I had to make yet another appointment (2 days after the last) to speak with my doctor (Was just looking for some clarification of my diagnosis from 2 days prior). I asked, "Why would I have to make another appointment when I just saw her?" Was told by the staff member "Well, you would have to pay a lawyer to speak with them wouldn't you?" Well, no! Not if I had already paid said lawyer for their services!!

I stated I would be filing a complaint, and was threatened by the staff member stating she would release confidential medical information about me if I filed a complaint!! Truly Unbelievable!!!

I have NEVER had a worse experience with a Doctor's office; sadly, it is not necessarily the Doctor, it is her staff. When I stated I wanted to inform the Doctor about the Staff members unprofessionalism; I was again told I would have to make an appointment with the Doctor to do so.

I guess this Doctor will never know how her staff is treating her patients.....unless she happens to read this. Since I will not pay to simply complain about this person. Debating whether or not to call the AMA.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
