There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Allen is professional, caring, and excellent.

Great Doctor. Very knowlegable and take time to explain and educate you on the topic at hand. I've been going to Dr. Allen for 5 years or more and I've always been very pleased.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
