They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Their office needs MANY more people to answer the office phones. Everytime I call I hear "can you please hold". Is the office that busy all the time?? I just needed a phone number that they had given to me wrong originally & was put on hold for 8:35 minutes.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.

They don't really keep up with the times when it comes to their office equipment. Everything is old and outdated, and I doubt it's safe for use. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
