They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Dr. Tran is the most compasionate and caring Dr. I have ever been to. She really takes the time to listen and shows so much concern. She follows though with any and all advice that she might give you and always been there for me. I have been seeing her for over 10 years in Mission (so close to my home) and plan on staying with her or following her where ever she might be. I am so proud to have her as my Doctor.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
