I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!
