I really like Dr. Day but his office staff has given us a lot of problems. If it weren't for the doctor, I would have left a long time ago. Now the staff dislikes me because I complained and once they "lost" my chart and I waited for two hours.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
