I was shocked at how unprofessional and demeaning I was treated by Dr. Joyner. He made no attempts to assess my symptoms did not take me seriously when I described
my signs symptoms. I pointed out to him that I know my body and asked him to help
me rule out an illness. He mocked me for doing my own Internet research. He was extremely close minded and when I communicated to him my that I did not appreciate being mocked and my health needs ignored, he called security to have me removed from his office. I left voluntarily. My spouse has been a health care practitioner for over 14 years and we have many friends that are doctors. We have never been treated with so little respect. We have always been respectfulto fellow practitioners. I actually paid for my visit. When I requested a refund, he refused.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The office was easy enough to find. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
