I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. All he did was give me pills and pills and more pills. This went on for a couple of months, and I was getting worse and worse. I lost so much weight so fast. I ended up going to another doctor in another city where I got properly taken care of.

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

No, I always have to remind them

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

It was satisfactory

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I was given a warm, genuine greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
Dr. King is very pleasant and is genuinely interested in you as a patient. He has not rushed through any appointment I have had with him, and takes care to explain everything to my satisfaction.
He is a very popular physician, and is very busy. When he walks into the examination room wit you, he makes you feel that all his attention is on you, and you are the most important person to him at that time.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
