Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
