Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
