I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
