The only good thing I have to say about this doctor is his staff/nurses are really nice. The doctor himself barely spends time with you. He will ask you a question then leave the room to go to another patient's room. Then he will come back again, ask another question then leave again. I was in the patient room for an hour b/c the doctor was running back and forth between rooms. When patient's do not feel good, the last thing we want to do is wait. All I wanted was to get a strep throat test done. Also have to mention that when the doctor was asking me a question, he blew his nose right in front of me and did not even wash or sanitize his hands afterwards. GROSS....I will not be going back and I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

The best thing I can say about this practice is that you can usually get a last minute appointment. Once there, with or without an appointment, you will most likely spend a minimum of 2 hours in the office. Dr. McNally runs between exam rooms during your entire vist. I went for a bad sore throat and he left me sitting in the exam room, while he visited other patients, three times. Each time he left, he was gone at least 15 minutes. He feels this is the only way to "fit" all his patients in during one day. Because you can just walk in, he is overwhelmed and very disorganized.
He speaks into his recorder/computer the entire time he is examing you and questioning you. It is very distracting and you feel like you can't speak freely. He talks over you and misses 1/2 of what you are saying.
The staff is not very helpful and does not seem that experienced to me. Almost every diagnosis he gives comes from a book that he will show you, copy the page and let you leave with. In maybe 5 visits there, I think he was correct once. The last visit I left with a nasal spray for what was the worst sore throat I ever had. I subsequently took antibiotics that I had left over in order to get better. It was a complete waste of almost 3 hours and money.

He should be listed as a clinic not a personal physician.
