The office was very easy to locate. Dr. Nunnery has always been very attentive to my needs and spends time with me to answer my questions. The staff is professional and at the same time friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Dr. Nunnery is awesome. She is.
But. Her office staff is completely negligent and incompetent.
I called the office a week before I saw a cardiologist (as requested by Dr. Nunnery) to have paperwork sent. I called the day before because the cardiologist's office still hadn't received it. I went up there the day of to obtain the paperwork, explaining that I needed it for an 8:30 appt. I missed my appt because apparently my situation was no one's concern. I was extremely upset and left yet another message for the office manager to call me back. Never got a call back. Ever.

I tried to let that go and give them a second chance. I became I'll on 3/6/2012. As I was going on a pre-planned family trip the following week, I called to get an appt. I went into the office to see the only doctor available: Dr. Ruiz. The visit was extremely swift, I was never told what my diagnosis was and had to ask multiple times to have my prescription phoned in. I explained about my trip and told them that I'd had similar symptoms and had taken Cipro, which seemed to work. He gave me a Z-pack. I was sick the entire week of the trip. I am still sick and it's 3/21/2012.

I called the office Monday, 3/19/2012. Explained that I am still I'll and out of medication. I was told the nurse would call me. I called back Tuesday, 3/20/2012. I was told the nurse and office manager would be notified. Still no call back. I called back today and was told that my chart was falsely documented that the nurse had, in fact, called me and left a voicemail for my pharmacy number (the pharmacy number that my original 3/8/2012 prescription was called into; as well as the pharmacy that has also been attempting to contact them to refill another of my meds since 3/19/2012).

Do not walk. RUN from this office. For as kind as Dr. Nunnery is, her support staff is wholly unprofessional and completely dishonest. With information as sensitive as your medical records, do you really want to trust someone who LIES ABOUT RETURNING A PHONE CALL?

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
