There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Funny this site ask you a few questions then puts words in your mouth. NOT GOOD. I'd rather write my own review if I'm giving one.

1. the office is neat and tidy waiting room and bathrooms.
2. Seen the new dr. in the office not impressed, rude, made me very uncomfortable and told me I should change my other Dr because they were not able to make a decision and had no guts (the other Dr. is new to me and wanted my primary care to be involved since it's major things we are talking about.)
3. The new Dr. at the end told me to ask the same Dr. she just told me to get rid of to explain things because she had 4 more patients to see.
4. I don't know why Dr. T added her but I have never gotten this treatment in his office before. Normally they are the nicest and compassionate folks. They really care! I would recommend this office but suggest see the Nurse Practitiners or Dr. Terrasson ONLY.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
