They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
