Sometimes the nurses are friendly and informed, but I have had the occasional rude or "too busy" ones. I like Dr. Sachdev so much that I will put up with occasional rude nurses to been seen by him (he is that good!) The Dr. went out of his way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy from anyone else. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment, but I just bring a book b/c he is always busy. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I spent a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I'll probably be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said . They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
