The staff was awesome! The doctor however was horrible. I was not examined at all but my insurance company was billed as such. I left there dazed and confused and I will never return. I would not ever recommend this doctor to anyone.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Receptionist eating lunch while checking me in as a new patient.
The "nurse" was an intern from the community college on her second day there. She had trouble taking my blood pressure.
Dr Caterbone was incredibly rude, insulting, and unprofessional.

I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Their care was less than stellar. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
