Dr. Loeschen is a great guy, very thorough and cares about each and every patient. He really does care about the patients and is not in this for the $ from the looks of things. I think he'd be better off in a newer more modern facility with a different set of front office staff. Once you get to him directly, you'll be happy with the service. If however, you have to deal with the battle axe that mans his front desk, it's another matter entirely as she is routinely rude, demeaning and acts like she quite literally is unhappy with life each time I've been there. If you ever call for refills on prescription, it's initially met with a sigh, a long pause and a verbal lashing about how "she's" tired of treating patients with refill needs and how they don't get compensated for it. I must reiterate that the Doctor has NEVER stated any of the above to me and I've been a patient with my family for 10+ years.

There is no comparison!
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
