I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Therese sometimes appears a bit disconnected or preoccupied at times. Sometimes I feel a bit rushed as though she has something more important to take care of.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.
