I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Patrick Shahan has been my primary care physician for 20 years. I have gone out of my way to follow him through changes in my insurance, moves, etc. I will continue to see him as my care provider (and my family will, too) for as long as he's in practice in this area. He has always been personable, patient, attentive, and caring. Physicians like Dr. Shahan are rare these days! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor that is like the way they remember doctors being years ago.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I would never recommend him to anyone. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
