I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

This practice has appeared to be run professionally, compassionately and with good humor. Very responsive and caring. Dr. Nelson listens and communicates well and the office staff have excellent follow-up on their end. I am SO grateful I found them all;~)!!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
