Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
