I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Dr. Baker is in EXTREMELY high demand, which is good and bad. I know I can trust his advice and he gives excellent care, but he is very busy and it is sometimes difficult to schedule an appointment with him. Most times, I end up seeing one of his P.A.'s, who are also knowledgeable, but there are times when I would rather see Doc. He is very good with children! I would highly recommend Dr. Baker to anyone.
