Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I have been a patient of Dr. Turners for about 15 years, give or take a year, and I absolutely love him and his staff. I have recommended many friends and family to him. I've been a little dismayed by some of the newer office politics such as the practice refusing to see someone after their debt has gone to collections. And we are talking about a $30 copay.....not hundreds of dollars. That in my opinion is not called for. But I love Dr. Turner to death! And wouldn't go anywhere else.
