They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

THE BAD... be prepared to wait in the waiting room.

THE GOOD...
Because he and the nurse are worth the wait! There is a TV to keep you busy. Why the long waits... BECAUSE THIS DR IS VERY THOROUGH!!!! YOU WANT ANSWERS... THEY CARE ABOUT FINDING THEM. NOT A PEOPLE MOVER LIKE THE DR OF 15 YEARS I HAD JUST QUIT!!! While waiting in the waiting room... there were 4 different people that told me the wait seems a little long because he is thorough! The nurse said they are thorough, and when I went to get a scan he sent me out for that my other DR did not feel I needed, the ultrasound specialist said HE IS A GOOD DR, HE IS THOROUGH!!! Yeah... and they found 2 masses in my neck and cysts all over my thyroid. Thyroid cancer runs in my family and with a host of other ailments, my other DR just did not see a reason to investigate my situation further.

My previous Dr. in Cypress did not have a long wait. My health is worth the wait. Bring your kindle, catch up on your texting, be prepared to watch some TV. YOU ARE NUMBER ONE AND YOU ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!! 2 THUMBS UP FOR DR. LOWE!!!
