They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They told me about my treatments' risks and benefits. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
