I HAD TO FIRE HIM!!!..........HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS NEGLIGENT!!!

On two occasions, I had to wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to be seen...Not OK

On another occasion - HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS NEGLIGENT!!!

I had an appointment with a specialist in another city; so I needed test results faxed from Dr. Majzoubi to that specialist.

The results were not faxed in a timely manner and when I got to the specialist they had not received the data.

I called Dr. Majzoubi's office and they said they would send them right away - 10 minutes later, still no fax from Dr. Majzoubi. The specialist doctors nurse then called Dr. Majzoubi's office and asked for the results over the phone.

Dr. Majzoubi's assistant then reported the results to the specialist doctor's nurse. The specialist doctor then acted on the information provided by Dr. Majzoubi's Assistant and ordered other tests.

A week later, I was able to see my own test data from Dr. Majzoubi on the internet.

I discovered that THE RESULTS THAT DR. MAJZOUBUI'S ASSISTANT PROVIDED THE SPECIALIST WERE THE WRONG and I notified the specialist and he confirmed that the reported data was incorrect...

Needless to say, I had to fire Dr. Majzoubi and have thought about suing them for the trauma they caused me.

Dr Majzoubi is what a family physician should be. Attentive and Caring would describe him. I am sure he had many other patients to visit that day but you would have never known it. He gave me as much time I needed to address my concerns. The other thing I was impressed with is he only uses the prescription pad when necessary. Our whole family now uses him and I drive an hour for the visits. It's worth it. Yes real family doctors still do exist.
