They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. My only complaint is that wait time can be LONG..Like an hour or two past your scheduled visit.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
