When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Jon Peterson is a great doctor. I have seen him over the years and have a lot of respect for him. He is knowledgeable, has a good personality, is trustworthy and goes out of his way to make sure his patients are treated correctly and well. I highly and fully recommend him!
