Dr. Rybicki is a good doctor in my opinion but the way he runs his practice leaves ALOT to be desired. The office staff is often rude, obnoxious and even annoyed when you ask for referrals or prescriptions called in or to even set an appointment. They NEVER call you back, you often have to "stalk" them to get a response. To top it off Ive never been in and out of that office (even for blood work) in under 3 hours... They call after midnight sometimes to tell you your prescription is ready. Totally unprofessional. Dr. Rybicki is sooo busy and so many patients are waiting to be seen that I feel he cant handle the pressure or amount of appointments he schedules leading to a decrease in attention he gives each individual patient. He needs a nurse practitioner or someone to help. That office is a nightmare!!!!
