Dr. Brumskine is one of the most patient physicians, which, unfortunately is negated by the amount of time you spent waiting after the appointed scheduled time. I have learned to be patient when arriving for my appointment, simply because Dr. Brumskine's professional manners tends to ease the pain or frustration spent in the waiting room. She is also one of the most concerned physicians as it is not unusual for her to call you at home to further discuss, if need be. I have been a pateint of Dr. Brumskine for a little over a year and thus far have found no reason to change.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
