They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
