Dr. Tweedt is a great doctor, but her administrative staff is AWFUL. I am currently looking for another doctor because of them. The staff that answers the phones are rude, mean and extremely unprofessional. I called at 4:55 one day and the receptionist could be heard making snide remarks on the other end about patients calling at 5PM when she was trying to leave. Additionally, I received a lot of attitude when requesting a referral from their staff. See another doctor if you can - the experience is not worth it. Would NOT recommend this office to any of my family and friends.

Dr Tweedt is kind and thoughtful and has an excellent 'bedside manner'.

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. It seems to me that the staff does not know how to use the computer system and this makes it seem disorganized and slow. Also the doctors office hours are limited at this location.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
