The doctor is senior and thinks his role is to advise patients, not provide treatment. Nice way of collecting $300 of health insurance money from just seeing a patient and avoiding any lawsuits, I imagine, from malpractice.

I was very upset at this doctor, because I went to him for help and he did nothing for me. He is absolutely useless and I will never go back to him again.
