It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
