They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Both my husband and I use Dr. Smith. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

This is a doctor I switched to for help since specialists and my current GP could not find any problems nor offer any possible solutions. This doctor has spent the time to listen to me and my problems. He since has referred me to other specialist that seem to genuinely want to listen and help with my problems.
