They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Even when you call the office the phone will ring for minutes before someone picks up. One time I called, the phone rang for 6 minutes then when they answered they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then dropped the call. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. His hours are inconsistent and inconvenient, and when I expressed to him my issues regarding his staff he disregarded them as if I were just being dramatic. I am currently studying to be a dentist and I told him that I would appreciate feedback like this to improve my office and ensure excellent customer service and he replied by simply saying, good luck with that. I will never return to this office again. He very clearly does not care about his patients or his job and definitely needs to retire.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
