I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not too much, but somewhat

Yes, I had to wait quite a while
