They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I have seen this doctor six times, on the final visit he told my nine year old son (he was in the office with me) that I was going to make him an orphan and that he hoped that I taught him how to call 911. He then proceeded to belittle me, call me names, scream at me and tell me that I have no discipline, and get me to the point of bursting out in tears. He ordered bloodwork before even coming into the room and speaking with me. He has never tested me for the most basic conditions that a 43 year old female may have such as menapause. He belittled me for being fat yet he is FAR from thin himself. I agree with the other reviewer here, perhaps this doctor has a problem with overweight women with children, I do not know. It was the absolute worste medical experience of my life, he traumatized my son and myself and actually added to my stress. If you are considering this doctor I strongly suggest you RUN! I will be contacting my insurance company in the morning regarding him. This doctor should not even be allowed to treat animals, he needs to work in mortuary sciences where he can not damage his patients or mistreat them.

I saw this doctor today and I left in tears. He made me feel horrible about myself and my condition which I was seeing him for. He told me that I was "a bad mother". He wouldn't listen to what any of my concerns were. He was also VERY judgmental toward my circumstance. I was upset and crying when it was time for me to get an EKG done. I am uncomfortable in doctors offices to begin with and when I asked the nurse what it does and if i would feel anything, she told me it was going to feel like an electrical shock. HA HA. I strongly urge you to find a different doctor to go to unless you want to feel belittled, hurt, embarrassed, humiliated, and disgusted. This was by far the worst doctors experience of my life and he really should find other employment options not involving humans. Perhaps he should become a veterinarian...or then again, maybe not. They too have souls.
