I was a patient of Dr. O'Brien's when she was in NY and unfortunately she has opened a new practice that is too far away for me to remain with her. I would recommend her to anyone. She knowledgeable and friendly and was always more the prepared to take as much time as necessary to answer my questions.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't feel particularly respected during my visit. They didn't really go out of their way to be nice. Contacting the office is a nightmare. If the phone isn't off the hook you will receive a less than pleasant answer.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
