Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
