I've been going to Dr. M. for 15 years and even though I moved further away, I still make the hour trip to see him. Even though I'm a woman I can ask him what I feel are embarrassing questions and he's very direct and informative so I really don't feel embarrassed asking. He listens to every concern and answers every question. My husband is also impressed with his demeanor and understands why I travel so far for my prenatal appointments. When my 8 mo pregnant sister's doctor had a stroke, I called Dr. M and he took her as a "new patient" in her 8th month. I've actually seen him in "action" watching him skillfully deliver my nephew. I've always gotten through for any emergency or non emergency and the staff is just as helpful.
I more than recommend Dr. McManus if you need a great gyno.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
