All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
