Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

excellent dr's. and it shows in their front desk staff. the girls are so nice, and very professional. This office should be used as an example of what dr's offices should be. I'll never go anywhere else.

I live over an hour away from Dr. Mark's office. He scheduled most of my appointments on Saturday and if I have to go on a weekday I just let them know and I do not have to wait. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Dr. Mark is e an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. He saved my daughter and I have no doubt that she wouldn't have been born healthy and happy if I had been in hands less capable! I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
