Dr. Kimble is warm and friendly. His mannerisms are beyond professional. He always treats me with the utmost respect and courtesy. My appointments are never cancelled and I am reminded two days before my appointments. The wait time is minimal upon arrival and his staff is courteous and timely. I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Kimble. Its is rare that you find a Physician that cares so much about the individual and meeting their needs. I am continually amazed by his skill as a Physician and his decency as a Human Being. I have never had another Physician within my extensive Medical history that compares to him.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I had a short wait, but i am would take the blame for this, being they were kind enough to still see me as i was about 20 minutes late getting there to my first appt. I could have used a little bit more info about expected time frame in receiving a call back from there scheduling secretary to schedule ordered tests that i was anxious to get scheduled and have done so that to much time does not pass if the problem i am having will have more positive results if treatments is to occur more quickly. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
