Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They answered my questions and spent time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
