The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
