They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Patricia K McLelland, MD was very thorough and informative.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.
