I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
