I liked this doctor, I did not like her staff's disorganization, and one particular assistant's horrible unprofessional attitude. She did a blood draw, did not listen to me when I asked her to stay off my left arm, poked and proded me until she finally went to my right arm. Complained about the doctor's horrible hand writing the whole time, and was rude. Yes, their office is quiet, and has nice ambience--who cares? They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit, and literally told me do not call us, we will call you. It made me feel very unimportant. Almost two months after my blood draw, they called me to tell me there was something on my test results that needed me to come in to discuss something with my doctor. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should within the first month at least!! The same assistant with the bad attitude and blood draw could offer no apologies for forgetting my file and no consolation. THere are lots and lots of good gynecologists around, and I will never go back to this office.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Dr. Olender is the sweetest and most patient GYN doc I've ever been to. I even took my 18 year old daughter for her first GYN exam with Dr. Olender, and she came out very happy-not scared or feeling at all "played with." Dr. Olender knows how to talk to her patients, and is very caring and loving. I highly recommend her!
